Woke in Albany around 9. Went & stocked up on Beer to take to Indy since they can not get Magic Hat there. Drove to my parents. near Buffalo, I called A (My Ex) to see if she wanted to get lunch & to have her meet Holly. We have lunch. She appears to be doing well. At one point she cries & says she could not be where she is without me & tells Holly she is very lucky. I am not sure what she meant by this. We went through alot of very tough times & I feel I learned alot yet I am not sure how as a whole the relationship was a positive. I was glad to see her and made me realize how much I have changed since we were together. It is true that things I learned with her has allowed me to treat Holly they way I want to.
We arrive at my parents around 8pm. They cooked us dinner. My mom showed Holly baby pictures. I really felt he four of us were family. I know they don't know Holly that well but I think they see I am very happy with Holly & this is what matters to them.
